The study, titled Optimizing Marketing Fulfillment in a Digital World, surveyed enterprise-size firms across six industries in regulated (banking, insurance, and pharmaceutical) and non-regulated industries (manufacturing, retail, and consumer packaged goods) to uncover key trends, top challenges, and strategic opportunities. Survey data was collected in March, and respondents owned, influenced, or were responsible for print and fulfillment services budgets within their organizations.
According to Lisa Cross, InfoTrends’ associate director of business development strategies and lead project analyst for the study, “Large enterprises face a growing list of challenges in managing the production and distribution of customer communications. The study revealed the actions organizations are taking to better control print costs and optimize document communications.”
During the Webinar, Pellow, a marketing pioneer and well-known strategic consultant, will reveal the key communication trends and challenges companies face in the industries surveyed. In addition, she will outline the strategies organizations are pursuing on their journey to optimizing marketing fulfillment in a digital world.
