2015 theme “Think Beyond” challenges Kodak customers to think in new and sustainable ways for print growth
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Graphic Users’ Association (GUA) registration is open for its 2015 GUA Conference, scheduled for May 31 – June 4, in San Antonio, Tex., at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. The GUA will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year and remains dedicated to empowering users of KODAK Solutions to discover how new applications can drive business growth and fresh revenue streams. Drawing attendees from around the world, GUA 2015 offers information, education and tools needed to succeed in the graphic communications industry. The “Think Beyond” theme will highlight how GUA members can imagine new and sustainable ways to increase productivity for their business beyond traditional techniques. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact and learn from other Kodak customers, as well as to see firsthand Kodak’s newest technology and product portfolio updates, including KODAK PRINERGY Workflow 7 and KODAK INSITE Prepress Portal System 7.
GUA 2015 kicks off with GUA University Courses from May 31 – June 1, which offer participants in-depth training and certification to learn how to maximize efficiency and productivity with their current investments in specific areas such as color, digital connectivity, Rules-Based Automation and imposition tools. University attendees will also explore print as a sustainable medium and how production and print processes can improve social, environmental and economic performance.
Following the GUA University Courses, the GUA Conference and Technology Innovation Lab will take place from June 1–4. Featuring industry keynote speakers, customer panel discussions and business and technical tracks, the GUA Conference will help attendees achieve a deeper level of knowledge to help drive their competitive advantage, while also addressing the real world challenges and opportunities the evolving graphics communications industry is facing. The GUA Technology Innovation Lab provides a dedicated space where attendees can talk with Kodak subject matter experts and receive one-on-one hands on product demonstrations.
