RR Donnelley Awarded $100 Million, Multi-Year Contract With IAC/InterActiveCorp

CHICAGO--May 6, 2004-- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a new contract with IAC/InterActiveCorp, the world's leading multi-brand interactive commerce company. Under the agreement, RR Donnelley will provide the companies of IAC comprehensive and fully integrated solutions to meet print and print-related needs totaling more than $100 million.

RR Donnelley will provide some of the IAC companies with long- and short-run print solutions and related services, including but not limited to, magazines, catalogs, entertainment books, marketing collateral, forms, labels, kitting and fulfillment, and distribution services. The companies will use RR Donnelley's powerful @winXS(TM) on-line print management tool to let individual users access and order preprinted, digitally produced, and customized documents in a controlled environment.
