Toronto, ON - Prinova Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, is once again actively participating in Xploration ’15, Xplor’s annual Customer Communications Conference, being held April 14-16 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive in Orlando, Florida.
In addition to exhibiting at the conference, Prinova CEO, Nick Romano, will lead the educational session, “Making the Modern CCM Platform More Responsive to the Business.” With both technology and best practices in CCM quickly evolving, the session will discuss how to effectively address the changes by giving business users more control across channels to ensure that they meet the needs and desires of their customers.
Additionally, Mr. Romano has been invited to participate as a panelist in the session titled, “Tough New Anti-SPAM Laws and Constantly Changing Government Regulations: Who Cares?” Moderated by Denis Quan, the panel will discuss the changing regulations and requirements that are driving both print and electronic document communications.
Throughout the conference, attendees are encouraged to visit Prinova at Booth #131, where the company will showcase its breakthrough Messagepoint CCM platform.
