Tyler LaCross Promoted to Join Classic’s Design Team

Press release from the issuing company

Charlotte, NC – Classic Graphics announced the promotion of Tyler LaCross to the Graphic Design Team within its Creative Department, composed of four Core Areas: Structure Design, Graphic Design, Prototypes & Renderings and Photography. Graphic Design focuses on signage, communication materials, packaging, POP and front-end graphic creation for customer specific web applications. LaCross’s role is two-fold in that it incorporates photography, supporting clients in the way of product images, design and internal projects.

“Tyler brings a unique set of skills and style to the creative department,” shared Dan House, Manager of Classic’s Design Team.  “The decision was strategic in that his strengths add to our graphic design capabilities providing depth in the area of photography and video.”

A 2010 Clemson graduate with a degree in Graphic Arts, LaCross spent the first three years of his career on an internal communications team for a historic, metropolitan church. Collectively an overall strategy was conceived for multiple internal departments, each with unique marketing goals and objectives. Tyler played a big part when it came to how best to bring the idea to fruition particularly in the way of new media.

“My experience in internal and external communications sharpened my ability to analyze the nuts and bolts of complex projects and produce designs that are functional and engaging to the target audience,” explained LaCross.

In November 2013, Tyler joined our Pre-media Department exclusively on boarded to support a key retail client,” shared Teresa Jaynes, SVP Sales and Marketing. “I first met Tyler in 2009 at Clemson’s Employer Day. With his wide spectrum of knowledge and expertise, having designed and produced for the multichannel, I believe Tyler’s guidance and knowledge will result in successful execution impact for our clients’ integrated marketing programs.”

“Classic’s Creative Department brings a skill set that will enable our company to offer high-end design, photography and multimedia production services to our current and future customers,” expanded Tyler. “It’s exciting for me to be part of this ground breaking opportunity!”

LaCross’s profession is also his hobby. Photography, videography and design, are all passions which began for him at a young age and continue to bring enjoyment at home and at church.
