Colours Factory Printing House Once Again Invests in a POLAR

Polish print house Colours Factory has improved its customer service by extending its cutting capacity thanks to new POLAR High-Speed Cutter N 176  PRO. The machine adds an already existing POLAR 176 Xplus. 

Colours Factory was founded 10 years ago, today they belong with a size of about 300 employees to one of the leading print shops in Poland. The dynamically growing company deliberately opts for a state of the art machine park, recently invested in a second POLAR cutting machine. On both machines a wide variety of advertising products are cut. The material ranges from paper and cardboard to plastic. With two machines now the print volume of two Speedmaster XL 162 from Heidelberg can be managed easily.

"The POLAR machine is very easy to use. Thanks to the OptiKnife knife change the knife has a long service life", points out Janusz Wi?niewski, manager of the postpress department, so that he is very satisfied with the new machine. Via P-NET Compucut both machines are integrated into the digital workflow. This has led to a significant reduction of unproductive times by 50% and finally a corresponding increase in performance. A key factor in the decision was also the networking opportunity in addition to the high cutting speed and accuracy of POLAR High-Speed cutter. "Both machines meet our high demands on quality, performance and reliability", explains Wi?niewski.
