Dream Team poises company for scalable growth.

Baltimore, MD - Three Dog Logistics is pleased to announce that Yvette Diamond has accepted a permanent position with the company as COO, and Rich Cicha joins as Chief Sales Officer.

Ms. Diamond has been working with Three Dog as a consultant for the past three years. In that time, she has developed strong benefits programs for the team, a full marketing strategy for the brand, and standard operating procedures to prepare the company for scalable growth.

Diamond's former experience as Vice President of Operations and 10 years of employment at Phillips Investment Resources (a Phillips Publishing International company at the time) gives her industry knowledge and leadership skills.

"Yvette also brings small business ownership experience in Frederick county, which gives her the entrepreneurial spirit that allows her to problem solve creatively. Her marketing and operations consulting background is why we initially brought her on board, and is the reason we wanted her permanently to continue with strategy development at Three Dog. We are delighted to have her join our Three Dog Family," remarks John Kennedy, CEO and Founder.

Rich Cicha has joined the company as Chief Sales Officer. Rich has nearly 20 years of supply chain, logistics, and technology experience within the direct marketing industry. Prior to joining Three Dog, Rich was responsible for growing SourceLink's MultiTrac mail-tracking solution into a multi-million dollar force in the industry. Rich was also responsible for growing the 3rd Party Logistics division of the second largest printer in the world, Quad Graphics. Rich also served as a member of the Senior Management team at Direct Group where he was responsible for Postal, Logistics, and overall Operations Strategy for a $100MM manufacturing organization producing over 6MM mail pieces per day around the country. ?

"Rich also has entrepreneurial start-up experience with International Heritage, where he helped them become one of the fastest growing network marketing firms in the world. He has managed international supply chains with a budget of over $80MM and full P&L responsibility," says Kennedy. "This combination of large firm and start-up experience is difficult to find, and Rich has exactly what Three Dog needs to round out its team.

Rich is a member of Phi Theta Kappa; earned a Black Belt certificate in Six Sigma Methodology and holds a number of professional management and USPS related certifications. He is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and holds a Masters Degree from Regis University.
