Columbus, OH – Proforma Graphic Services has announced the acquisition of Columbus-based distributor, Premier Graphic Solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not announced.

Through the acquisition, Proforma Graphic Services will now offer enhanced eCommerce technology, direct mail and marketing programs and services to Premier Graphic Solutions’ clients. Premier Graphic Solutions was founded in 1990 and all employees will remain on staff, while giving one owner the opportunity to retire. This is the fourth acquisition Proforma’s Mergers & Acquisitions Team has completed on behalf of Proforma Graphic Services.
