Press release from the issuing company

Applications Move Beyond Traditional Offerings to Increase Revenue

GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and output management, will focus on helping print service providers create, produce, deliver and manage more effective customer communications that drive new opportunities at Graph Expo 14 held in Chicago from September 28 – October 1. GMC’s innovative solutions allow print service providers of all sizes to produce and deliver all types of customer communication documents through virtually any media channel.

Visitors to GMC’s booth #641 will see a host of user-friendly applications that solve document challenges for both third-party providers and their customers. They include:

  • Inspire Interactive for Remote Authoring – A collaborative web application between enterprises and third-party outsourcers to maintain content, logic and document templates in an approved, compliant and efficient way.
  • Inspire Dynamic Statement – An interactive application that delivers an entirely new customer communication experience, bridging the gap between paper-based communications and more engaging mobile communications.
  • Inspire Interactive Plus – An application ideal for providing customer-facing business users with the flexibility and autonomy they need to quickly handle customer service situations that require immediate action, while still ensuring compliance, tracking and auditability.

“As third-party providers add new products and services to their offerings, to remain competitive they must be able to manage and deliver a full spectrum of complex communications consistently and cost-effectively,” said Steve Francis, president and general manager for GMC North America. “We look forward to showcasing the ability of GMC’s solutions to deliver the type of communications that meet those demands.”
