Brookfield, WI – Adphos North America will be launching the NIR126-550 which is a compact drying/heating/sintering solution ideal for web applications ≤ 22” and inkjet presses running monochrome or process color inkjet applications at ≤ 500 fpm. The affordability, lower acquisition and operating costs compared to other systems make the NIR126-550 the right choice for the marketplace. The NIR126-550 will be running a monochrome inkjet application in the MCS booth (1253) and a process color inkjet application in the Document Data Solutions booth (3002).
Adphos will also be introducing a line of inkjet press booster dryers for most commercially available inkjet presses. These “add-on” solutions to currently installed inkjet presses will provide users:
• Increased Print Speeds – More Efficient and Faster Drying
• More Substrate Choices – Commodity Grade and Coated Stocks
• Improved Print Quality – Sharpness, Registration, Color Gamut
• Increased Finishing Speeds - Flatter Sheets and Lower Web Temps
• Reduced COO - Reduced Ink Consumption & Energy Costs
Check out the unquestionable advancement in drying solution technology at the Adphos booth (631) and in the Future Print Experiential Lab as several other adphosNIR® systems will be on display. adphosNIR® systems feature compact optimum drying, curing and sintering solutions for maximum performance for many aqueous coatings and processes. adphosNIR® technology has been successfully proven in a wide range of applications with over 2,000 production system placements worldwide.
Adphos is a worldwide leader in high performance drying, curing, sintering, and heating systems. The modular technology is suitable for post-processing of inkjet, functional coatings and printed electronics applications.
