QuadTech and Caltronic announce new enhancements to Service Advantage program in Brazil

Press release from the issuing company

New discounts and expanded tiers of preventive maintenance are designed to offer printers budget-friendly service options

Sussex, Wisconsin, USA - QuadTech, Inc., along with its Brazilian agent Caltronic, is introducing significantly expanded options for its Service Advantage program in Brazil. Printers will benefit from expanded levels of preventive maintenance, and greater discounts for parts, on-site service, and training.

Printers enrolled in the enhanced Service Advantage program can benefit from specialized technical phone support and regular pre-scheduled visits to keep QuadTech´s equipment at peak production levels. Discounts on parts, service, software upgrades, training, and priority for service calls are other features of the new plan. The amount of these discounts is determined by the support level selected by the printer-Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

"We understand the high cost of downtime for a printer," says Mr. Ranjan Singh, QuadTech's International Service Manager. "These enhancements to Service Advantage in Brazil will set up our customers to prevent problems before they start, operate at peak efficiency, and eliminate budget surprises."

Mr. Vitor Caldana, Caltronic's Service and Project Manager, comments: "Caltronic is bringing its philosophy of service to the QuadTech line. With the new Service Advantage contracts, we take care of the printer´s need for constant support and enable our customers to select the best cost/benefit plan for their business."

The announcement of the Service Advantage enhancements follows an announcement in May, unveiling a new structure in Brazil for sales and technical support, in which printers benefit from the convenience of local currency, local language, and fast response from local technicians.
