The ILUMINA Heavyweight Champion Digital Print System allows users to expand their media options and print services to include ultra heavy card stock as high as 500gsm (24pt) and sheet sizes from 3” x 5” (76mm x 127mm) up to 13” x 52” (330mm x 127mm). The Excelagraphix 4200 meets customers demand for fast, full color custom containers in seconds. This high speed wide format print system is powered by Memjet Waterfall Printhead Technology™ that delivers more than 3 billion drops of ink per second for print speeds up to 8 times faster than traditional inkjet technology. With the adjustable feed path you can print on thick foam board, glued RSCs, die-cut sheets and corrugated cardboard up to 5/8” (15.9mm) thick and sheet sizes as large as 42” x 8' (1067mm x 2400mm).  

The Impressia Digital Multi-Media Press and patent-pending Enterprise High Speed Feed System form an unbeatable combination with speeds up to 78 full color #10 envelopes per minute with resolutions as high as 2400dpi. With the Impressia Digital Multi-Media press you can print on a variety of stocks such as heavy card stocks, label stocks, uncoated/coated sheets, NCR paper, various size envelopes and much more.

The iQueue Digital Color Prepress Workflow Software has expanded functionality that features Job Cost Estimating, Full Imposition, Variable Data with Intelligent Mail Barcodes, QR Code Generator, Barcode Generator, Spot Color Creator and much more. Users can also manage and import variable data with or without Intelligent Mail barcodes. iQueue also features a universal print driver that allows users to connect to any Adobe® Postscript® printers in their network through a user-friendly interface.
