Midlothian, TX - Ennis, Inc. recently announced the acquisition of Mutual Graphics, Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee as one of the facilities included in the Sovereign Business Forms transaction. Ennis already had a strong presence in Knoxville, serving customers in the print industry for 46 years. 

Considering the close proximity of the two locations we are taking the opportunity to integrate production into one facility. Therefore Ennis is announcing the consolidation of these two businesses into the Mutual Graphics facility, no later than the end of September, 2014.  Both businesses will continue to offer the same degree of service to customers that they have come to expect over the years. Ennis Knoxville’s contact phone, fax and email as well as order history and artwork files will all be available at the Mutual Graphics facility.  Employees affected by this consolidation will be considered for employment at any other Ennis location, if they desire.
