Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Printing Industries of America is seeking to honor an outstanding educator and/or industry trainer in the graphic communications field with the 2014 Education Award of Excellence.
This year’s presentation for the 2014 Education Award of Excellence will take place before an audience of academic educators, researchers, and other industry professionals at TAGA’s 67th Annual Technical Conference, March 22–25, 2015, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Previous recipients of this prestigious award include Frank J. Romano, Professor Emeritus at Rochester Institute of Technology; Larry Kroll, Vice President, Development, Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation; Thomas Schildgen, Professor, Polytechnic School; Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, Arizona State University; John Leininger, Professor, Graphic Communications, Clemson University; and Susan Kinney, President, Castle Press.
Educators from all academic levels and trainers in all segments of the printing industry are eligible. The competition is not limited to the United States; educators of any nationality may enter. Membership through Printing Industries of America Affiliate Organizations is not required for nomination.
