AlphaGraphics joins QuarkAlliance as first Premier output provider
Press release from the issuing company
DENVER -- April 14, 2004 -- Quark Inc. today announced that AlphaGraphics has become the first Premier output provider member in the newly reinvigorated QuarkAlliance program. With more than 300 locations throughout the United States and in 13 other countries, Quark's customers can be assured of accurate output for their documents at an AlphaGraphics print shop near them.
"When you deal with an output provider that is a QuarkAlliance partner, you gain peace of mind thanks to the knowledge that your job will be done right. AlphaGraphics has ISO 9000 quality management certification and is committed to its customers. Quark is very excited about this alliance," said Shellie Hall, Quark program manager for the AlphaGraphics relationship.
Jason Kol, director of digital and design service for AlphaGraphics said, "It's important that the AlphaGraphics network is positioned to accept a wide variety of file types, particularly those files that are popular among our customers. As a result, we will accept QuarkXPress 6 files at every AlphaGraphics location worldwide. We are pleased with the many benefits the QuarkAlliance program provides."
As a member of QuarkAlliance, AlphaGraphics receives priority technical support, which allows their staff to resolve problems more quickly, thereby meeting or exceeding deadlines and customer expectations. The company's franchises will gain access to preview releases of the QuarkXPress software, which will give their designers and prepress specialists time to familiarize themselves with new versions of QuarkXPress prior to receiving files created by their customers.
