ROYAL OAK, Mich. – The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA) recently announced Premier Communications Group as winners of two 2014 Communicator Awards in its 20th annual competition. The firm’s 2013 holiday campaign, “Bringing Creativity to Life,” won an Award of Excellence for marketing/promotion in the print and design category. Another project, the Saroki Architecture corporate brochure, won an Award of Distinction, also in the print and design category.

“We are humbled to be recognized amongst the very best in the industry,” said Randy Fossano, president and owner of Premier Communications Group. “This will truly inspire us in our mission of classic and thoughtful design.”

The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for communication professionals. Founded over a decade ago, the annual competition salutes the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and identity work for print, video, interactive and audio. With over 6,000 entries received from across the U.S. and around the world, it’s the largest and most competitive awards program of its kind.

Upon announcing the awards, Linda Day, executive director of AIVA, noted, “We are both excited and amazed by the quality of work received for the 20th Annual Communicator Awards. This year’s class of entries is a true reflection of the progressive and innovative nature of marketing and communications.” She went on to applaud this year’s winners for “their dedication to perfecting their craft as they continue to push the envelope of creativity.”
