Jefferson City, MO - With more than 200 print and graphic industry professionals in attendance at the 2014 Graphic Excellence Awards Gala, The Printing & Imaging Association of MidAmerica, a regional graphic arts association serving Kansas, Western Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, awarded Modern Litho of Jefferson City with a 2014 Award of Excellence and the 2014 People’s Choice Award. 

The Graphic Excellence Competition recognizes the technical excellence achieved within the print manufacturing and finishing of a printed product.  Entries ranging from corporate stationery to complex marketing collateral make up the over 500 entries in the competition. Awards are presented in multiple categories, recognizing only the best entries, which the judges felt were technically the most challenging, and executed in a superb manner.  

Celebrated as one of the top honors of the competition, The People’s Choice Award is chosen by industry professionals, leaders, peers and guests.  “Our customers provide us with the opportunity to produce beautiful print for them.  It’s a special honor to have our peers and well-respected leaders of our industry choose one of our printed pieces as the one they felt was their individual favorite”, said Darrell Moore, President of Modern Litho.
