Jane loves to challenge status quo. More importantly, Jane knows how to really ‘manage’ change management – she has lived it, breathed it and done it for the last 15 years. From implementing Webto-Print technology, MIS systems, multiple in-plant print operations, and moving a multi-million dollar 24/7 print and imaging operations, Jane knows how to ensure both print companies and their customers can seamlessly adopt new technology AND continuously improve process – while ensuring the day-today business can run in the midst of a major change. In addition, Jane loves to help determine what KPIs and financial reporting needs to be built to measure what technology investments are doing for an organization.
