Tim Kiel Appointed to SGK Executive Leadership Team

DES PLAINES, IL - SGK, formerly marketed as Schawk, Inc., a leading global brand development, activation and deployment company that drives brand performance, announced today that it has appointed Tim Kiel, group managing director, Americas, to its executive leadership team.

A 26-year veteran of the graphic communications industry, Mr. Kiel is responsible for leading the Company's brand development and brand deployment business in the Americas, its largest segment of operations. His recent appointment to this position accelerates a long-standing career at SGK in which he began as a color retoucher and progressed through operations roles of increasing responsibility.

Tim has been instrumental in helping frame and implement many of the Company's key initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency and strategic alignment in the Americas segment. He has played a leading role in defining the Company's global resource allocation process and client engagement structure. He served as senior leader on the Company's advisory board and remains on the Company's executive steering committee, providing insight into the implementation of large-scale technology initiatives.

Tim plays a leadership role in integrating the Company's brand development and deployment offerings and has oversight of key multi-discipline client relationships. He also builds high performance teams across disciplines to create an outstanding SGK experience for clients and employees and will continue to participate fully in the due diligence process and the integration of acquisitions.
