June Conference in Milwaukee offers executives solutions for current industry challenges; September Owners Conference in Chicago geared specifically for the small business leader.
East Rutherford, N.J., and Alexandria, Va. - Fresh on the heels of last week’s highly successful Winter Conference in Phoenix, Ariz., the Association of Marketing Service Providers (AMSP), the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL), and the National Association of Quick Printers (NAQP) have announced that they will present two conferences in the Midwest this year for today’s print, mail, fulfillment, and marketing services providers.
The groups, which merged earlier this year to create a new association to serve the full-spectrum needs of the evolving graphic communications industry, will combine their expertise for these always anticipated events:
“We had a terrific gathering of mailers and printers of all sizes and from all segments of the industry at our Winter Conference in Phoenix, the first event developed by our combined associations,” says Ken Garner, Chief Operating Officer of the new entity. “We know that what we learned there will serve us well in putting together a rich and robust program for our Milwaukee conference, one that mailers and printers, as well as fulfillment and marketing service providers, will find interesting, informative, and highly valuable.”
NAQP will also gather its members and others in the industry to the Midwest when it returns its annual event to Chicago after a successful Owners Conference in Nashville last year.
“Our Nashville conference gave attendees a wealth of actionable takeaways they could put into practice at their companies immediately, and we’re already working on developing an even more varied and expansive program for Chicago this year,” says Mitch Evans, association Vice President and NAQP Managing Director, noting that this year’s conference committee will once again by co-chaired by Charlene Sims, President of The Master’s Press in Dallas, Texas.
“We’ll be announcing the conference venue soon, and it will be a site that makes it easy for our attendees to conclude their time at our event with a visit to the show floor and educational programs of GRAPH EXPO 14, Sept. 28-Oct. 1, at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
