Fujifilm to Demonstrate Power of Inkjet for Commercial and Label Print Applications at Ipex 2014

Press release from the issuing company

Fujifilm today announces that digital inkjet production for commercial print and label applications will be the focus of its stand at Ipex (24th - 29th March 2014). The company has booked a 600m2 stand and will be using its significant presence to educate visitors about the 'Power of Inkjet' - highlighting what can be achieved today with this technology.

"Fujifilm has always been a proud supporter of Ipex, and this year's show is no exception. We're really excited to have the opportunity to use the Ipex platform to demonstrate our multiple inkjet production systems and showcase their ability to transform print production," comments Mr Yasufumi Morimoto, senior vice president, Fujifilm Europe GmbH.

He continues: "The pace of change within the print and packaging industries continues to accelerate at an unprecedented rate, with more diverse applications appearing every day. Fujifilm's commercial digital inkjet solutions, together with our powerful web-to-print and workflow solutions, are proven in the market and are transforming print operations the world over. They open up a whole host of opportunities and applications that suit this dynamic, ever-changing print market. Ipex fits perfectly with Fujifilm's vision with its focus on attracting printers and brand owners from around Europe, as well as its role in highlighting the diversity of print in the multi-channel marketing mix."

Mr Morimoto concludes: "Our customers are looking for new ways to achieve results in this changing communications environment and print is pivotal to this. At Ipex 2014 we will use our stand in a different way to demonstrate how our entire family of commercial digital inkjet products, together with our industry-leading cross-media XMF workflow, can help customers transform their businesses, and we believe it will be a very successful exhibition for us."
