The foundations of the Printing Industries Alliance and IDEAlliance are combining the Franklin Awards and Luminaire Awards in a Best in Communications event, to be held September 17, 2014, at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, in New York, NY.
One Franklin Award for Distinguished Service and up to five Luminaire Awards for outstanding performance in advertising, publishing, printing, and integrated media will be presented during the 2014 Franklin Luminaire Awards event.
The Luminaire Award recognizes outstanding professional achievement and personal dedication to media production. Recipients are innovators in their field and educators to the next generation. Since 1988, the media production community has gathered to honor these special individuals – now partnered with PIA Graphic Communications Foundation and the Franklin Luminaire Awards.
Eligibility of Nomination for 2014 Luminaire Award
Nominees should have at least 15-years experience in media production and currently hold a senior management or executive position in the industry. Industry categories – across print and digital media – include:
