MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.--Nov. 24, 2003-- Oki Data Americas, Inc., a leading manufacturer of color and monochrome digital printers, serial impact dot matrix printers, fax machines and multifunction products, today announced that Christopher Froman has joined the company as Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales.
Mr. Froman, 44, brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to Oki Data where he will be responsible for the company's national sales strategy for increasing the revenue and market share for all Oki Data products - including its award-winning digital color printer line.
In his new position, Mr. Froman will oversee Oki Data's U.S. sales organization and its sales of OKI printing solutions. He will also be responsible for the ongoing relationships with Oki Data's channel partners and resellers, working closely with Oki Data's marketing organization to drive the development and execution of marketing programs, and will be responsible for maintaining and improving the sales fulfillment process through the company.
Prior to joining Oki Data, Mr. Froman served as Vice President, Channel and Alliance Management for Lexmark International and led its national sales efforts with its network of solution providers, direct response channels, and alliance and OEM partnerships. Before that he managed Lexmark's initiatives to targeted industries in the role of Vice President, U.S. Commercial Sales and Marketing. Mr. Froman was also a program director with IBM Corporation.

Mr. Froman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina.
