Mrs. Chamberlain is an experienced customer support professional with a diverse background. Most recently she was a Technical Support Coordinator with Verizon Wireless. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Cazenovia College, and resides in Rochester. Chamberlain said, "RSA's Service Group has a great industry reputation.
