Masterwork USA, a leading manufacturer of folding carton and packaging equipment headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to continue its expansion with the addition of two sales representatives in the United States and Canada. Harry Johnston has been representing Masterwork throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast states while Alain Ciclet was recently appointed a Masterwork sales representative for additional territories throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Both Harry and Alain’s experience will strengthen our sales force. Harry is a top-notch salesperson and an industry veteran and Alain comes to us with incredible experience.”

Based in Virginia, Harry Johnston has been charged with expanding Masterwork’s customer base in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia,  North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. He joined Masterwork USA as a sales manager in August 2012. His career began in the printing industry as a department manager for JW Fergusson & Sons Printing in Richmond, VA. He has 30 years of experience in the printing packaging industry.

Alain Ciclet has been appointed to represent Masterwork in both the US and Canada. His territory includes Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio as well as the Canadian provinces of Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Prince Edward Island. Ciclet joined Masterwork USA in June 2013 bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. Born and raised in France, Ciclet moved to the US where he started his career with Cincinnati-based Valco Melton, one of the world's leading suppliers of adhesive application and quality assurance equipment that specializes in the manufacturing, packaging and sealing of items such as corrugated boxes, cartons, books, bags, and pharmaceutical products for the corrugated, packaging, envelope, folding carton, and print finishing industries. Ciclet began as a service technician and quickly moved ahead at the company as an engineer, product manager, and eventually folding carton sales manager.

“I’m excited to be working for Masterwork in this new position where I’ll be calling on potential customers in Canada and the US,” says Ciclet. “When I went to China to visit the Masterwork factory, I could see first-hand that they have an excellent product with very high quality at a very good price. I see myself as a solutions provider in which I completely understand the needs of a certain packaging firm and can answer all of their questions as to which Masterwork piece of equipment best fits its needs. It’s more than just selling them a piece of equipment—my job is to be a resource and form a partnership with them.  Masterwork can only grow from here.”
