This one hour event will feature a review of a recent Unisource Digital Printing Survey that identifies areas of production and quality problems for owners of digital printing equipment and the resources required to resolve those problems. In addition, Dr. Webb will carry on the tradition by sharing his 2014 Business Outlook, both from a macroeconomic perspective and specifically for the printing industry.
Attendees are sure to leave this event with actionable ideas they can put into play immediately.
“We are excited to bring unique insight to printing industry professionals as a result of a very current Unisource survey of digital printing businesses,” said Dr. Webb. “And I will also be reviewing key elements of the projected 2014 business environment that will be critical enablers as printing businesses begin planning for next year. While the economy has been sluggish at best, there are bright spots and opportunities for those who step up to take advantage of them.”
This is the 11th year WhatTheyThink has held this popular and important educational event at Print/Graph Expo. Each year, the audience has grown, and the event provides a worthwhile opportunity to catch up on the state of the industry, see old friends and meet new ones. “Our audience is industry CEOs, VPs, product managers, educators, students, investors, and others, from all industry segments,” Dr. Webb explained.
“Unisource is extremely pleased to sponsor this event,” said Nancy Sobhy, Senior Marketing Manager – Paper and Wide Format for Unisource Worldwide. “Print 2013 is a great launching pad for 2014 planning efforts and a wonderful opportunity to share the results of the Unisource Digital Print Survey. The content to be shared will provide useful insight and inspire progress and innovation within the paper and print industry.”
Randy Davidson, CEO of WhatTheyThink, stated, "Unisource’s generosity and thought leadership as the exclusive sponsor of this important event has enabled WhatTheyThink to make it free to all attendees. We are honored by their decision to support this event and through it, the needs of printing executives and owners."
