The Mark Andy P7 flexo press is equipped with 8 UV and Hot Air flexo print units. The machine set-up is fully automated, print quality is monitored by an in-line camera inspection system and adjusted at any manufacturing speed across a full range of substrates. The Mark Andy P7 is ideal for short run lengths where a rapid changeover is essential. 

The press is part of Chesapeake’s ongoing investment programme which has benefited all its global operations. This includes the recent installation of a Gidue M5 digital label press at one of Wrexham’s sister sites at Bourne, Lincolnshire.
