GPO's Pueblo Distribution Center Hits One Billion Mark

Press release from the issuing company

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Government Printing Office's (GPO) Congressman Frank Evans Document Distribution Center in Pueblo, Colorado achieved the milestone of distributing more than one billion consumer publications. The one billionth publication distributed was the General Services Administration's (GSA) Consumer Information Catalog, which lists approximately 200 free and low-cost publications available to the public from Federal agencies on topics related to money, health, employment, housing, federal programs, education and travel. The center started distributing the catalog in 1973 and it was one of the first publications made available to the public since the center opened in 1971.

Employees at the Congressman Frank Evans Pueblo Document Distribution Center work with GSA's Federal Citizen Information Center to process and distribute orders for consumer publications worldwide. The center has a reputation for excellent customer service and consistently scores high on customer satisfaction surveys.
