manroland Inc. is pleased to announce that the installation of the Lewisburg Printing 73” ROLAND 900 XXL 6-color machine is almost complete. The new press will complement an existing ROLAND 700 6-color that was purchased in 2008.

The new Lewisburg R906-8 LV XXL has a full complement of innovative automation features, including InlineColorPilot, which is able to read / control density values of the printing without removing sheets from the press during production. There are a host of QuickChange features on the press including QuickChange Job Plus, QuickChange Color Plus, QuickChange Infeed, QuickChange Surface and QuickChange Coating to speed up the makeready and job changeover process.

To supplement the Select UV Dryer Lewisburg selected Ink Mist Extraction and a 3rd wash line.
