GLS Companies Acquires Next Communications

Next Communications is a Minnetonka, Minnesota-based marketing communications firm founded in 1991. The company serves local, national and international clients.

GLS Companies is widely known for its broad capabilities in variable digital printing, sheet fed and web printing, as well as extensive direct mailing, distribution and fulfillment services. With more than 300 employees in their Brooklyn Park, MN headquarters and St. Paul, MN locations, their combined facilities produce $55 million in annual revenue.

Next Communications will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLS Companies and will continue to operate in their Minnetonka, MN location. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
