Press release from the issuing company
Travel brand, Kuoni, has renewed their customer communications contract with Opus Trust Marketing for another three years following a competitive tender process.
The renewal means that Opus Trust Marketing will continue to produce and send itinerary ticket books, invoices and statements for Kuoni until at least 2016.
Opus Trust Marketing chief executive, Linda Scott, said: “our investment in digital colour printing and electronic services has played an important role in winning the contract extension.
“The way consumers want to receive information from companies is changing,” added Scott.
“Two segments are emerging amongst our clients’ customer bases; one which prefers the tactility of a printed item that arrives through the door and another that likes the immediacy and convenience of e-mail and online. Our ability to deliver both as part of one integrated solution is something that we are finding clients really value.
“Over the next three years we will continue to print and mail high-quality communications on Kuoni’s behalf and also open up new channels for consumers who prefer to receive their travel information electronically.”
Helen Pink, Customer Documentation Executive for Kuoni said: “We have enjoyed a reliable and flexible working relationship with Opus Trust Marketing over the years and we are pleased to renew our contract for a second term.
“It is important that we send our customers’ high quality documents as this is an integral part of the holiday experience and we are looking forward to working with Opus on new, innovative solutions that will enhance this experience.”
Leicester-based Opus Trust Marketing has also announced contract renewals with npower and Northumbrian Water in recent weeks.
