Print Management of Tukwila, WA has selected The Pro-Mail Fulfillment Solution from Software Marketing Associates, Inc. (SMA) to manage its fulfillment operations. Print Management provides clients with a true “one-stop shopping” experience with services that include offset and digital printing, fulfillment, packaging, shipping, mailing, website development and hosting, and translation services.

Print Management had been using a web-to-print system to manage their clients’ fulfillment programs. “The system that we had in place did allow for on-line ordering and some basic reporting, which was sufficient when we were getting started”, explains Print Management co-founder Tim O’Leary. “but as fulfillment  started to take off with a few of our big clients, it became clear that we needed  to get a better handle on inventory and would also need tools to more effectively manage the fulfillment process. Pro-Mail is going to make it a lot easier for us to provide our clients with the accuracy and accountability they require”.
