Press release from the issuing company
Wheaton, IL -- Aleyant Systems, an innovative leader in providing robust, value-driven web-to-print software services to the graphic communications industry, today announced that it has appointed Terri Wymore as Vice President of Client Services. Wymore was previously in sales with the company, and also has a graphic design background. Prior to joining Aleyant, Wymore was employed by a commercial printing firm in the Chicago area and served as Art Director for a magazine publisher.
“I am thrilled to promote Terri to this important new position,” said Greg Salzman, Aleyant’s President. “One of our differentiators in the marketplace has always been an exceptional level of customer service. With high double digit growth in 2012, and a plan to continue that growth, taking our customer service to the next level under Terri’s competent leadership is an important strategic move for the company.”
In addition to Customer Service, Wymore and her team are responsible for training and professional services.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to support our customers at a whole new level,” Wymore said. "We have already put a number of new initiatives in place, including a discussion forum for Aleyant customers and regularly scheduled training webinars covering both Pressero and eDocBuilder. Work is well underway on a new support portal where customers will be able to search on hundreds of knowledge-based articles, as well as web based documentation manuals for each product. All new training tutorials will soon be available through our website and on social media."
“Terri has clearly taken on this role with a high level of enthusiasm,” Salzman added. “In her sales role, she became very well acquainted with our customer base and their needs and requirements. This knowledge, plus her background and natural abilities, make her an ideal candidate for this important role.”
