Press release from the issuing company
Ludlow, MA, - CSW, Inc. is celebrating 75 years in packaging with not just commemorative mugs and an afternoon barbecue for employees. The third-generation, privately owned packaging prepress company has also chosen to mark this anniversary with more creative plans.
Laura Wright is the company president and the granddaughter of CSW's founder, Jack Jambazian. As a way to thank the communities that have supported CSW in MA, NY, and OH, Ms. Wright invited employees to nominate 75 of their favorite charities. Each one will receive a $100 donation on behalf of CSW and the nominating employee. "We've grown from a local trade shop in 1937 to a state-of-the-art packaging solutions company that serves international clients. Along the way, we've been supported by employees, their families, and local business organizations," notes Ms. Wright. "This is a great opportunity to give back."
One reason behind CSW's long-lived success is the company's commitment to quality, collaboration and innovation. In the spirit of these core company values, CSW is launching a new creative services division, called Bridge Premedia. This group includes twenty-year packaging veterans alongside fresh, new talent. Their mandate is to create better connections between brand owners, designers, and converters through communication tools such as package prototypes, CGI renderings and packaging consultation services. According to Division Director Marek Skrzynski, "We feel these services provide value to both brand owners and brand producers, and we are excited to launch a division dedicated to bridging the gap between them. Bridge Premedia represents the next chapter in CSW's history – here's to another 75 years."
