MFSA Unveils Web-Based Services Portal at Graph Expo

Press release from the issuing company

Along With New MSP Accreditation Program and Association Name Change

ALEXANDRIA, VA-The Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA) announced the development of a web-based services portal during Graph Expo 2012, which took place in early October.  This new industry tool will help align direct mail customers with service providers that best fit their needs. The effectiveness and ROI of a properly executed direct mail campaign has been proven. Now business owners who are looking to grow will be able to shop for the best service provider who can provide specific services such as NCOA lists, targeted in-home dates, mail tracking, measurable integrated online and in-print marketing, and more.

MFSA President and CEO Ken Garner stated, "MFSA is taking the lead on the development of a web-based portal that links direct mail service providers to those companies looking for services such as print, design, mail and distribution of marketing collateral. This online tool will be a gateway solution for small to mid-size companies who may not have the time or capabilities to conduct an effective marketing push themselves."

MFSA is partnering with interlinkONE, a Boston-based software solutions company, to provide a helpful and easy-to-use solution.  Karen DeWolfe, Vice President of Sales for interlinkONE says, "Having the ability to match service providers with the vast number of small businesses that are looking for help, guidance and expertise in marketing and direct mail is going to be exciting.  The goal is for small local businesses to get a boost in revenue from taking advantage of direct mail and marketing programs while service providers are opened up to more opportunities and customers".
