Ferrostaal will become the new master distributor in Germany, Russia, Belarus, the Ukraine, Poland and the Baltic states for RYOBI, one of the biggest manufacturers of sheet-fed offset printing systems in the world. Ferrostaal is thus continuing to extend its portfolio in the printing systems sector. "The development of this cooperation, which has lasted for more than 15 years, shows the trust which RYOBI has in Ferrostaal as a long-term partner," says Dr. John Benjamin Schroeder, member of the executive board of Ferrostaal GmbH.

In 1996 Ferrostaal started the cooperation with RYOBI and is today RYOBI's exclusive sales and service partner in South Africa, North and South America and the Middle East. "The expansion to the German and Eastern European markets means we are now a global player in the printing systems business. We look forward to being able to strengthen our sales activities for RYOBI, especially as the new sales region is a growth market," explains Bernd Ahlmann, Head of Equipment Solutions at Ferrostaal.

Last year Ferrostaal took over as master distributor for RYOBI in the USA and Canada. The first offset printing systems have already been successfully installed.
