Former Director of Sales Planning Promoted to Vice President, Strategic Business Development
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announced Kay Fernandez has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Strategic Business Development. Fernandez will be responsible for working with senior management to plan, communicate and manage Konica Minolta's strategic initiatives and will report directly to Kevin Kern, Senior Vice President Marketing. In her new role, Fernandez will also be responsible for the corporate business development group, marketing analytics, and customer experience management.

Fernandez comes to this position after recently serving as Director, Sales Planning for Konica Minolta's Western Region in the Direct Sales Channel. Prior to that time, she spent nearly 12 years working for Toshiba, holding positions in all aspects of product management, including Vice President of Marketing.
"Kay's diversified experience, will bring fresh perspective to the team as we look to execute our future vision for Konica Minolta," says Kern. Fernandez has a bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She has relocated from the West Coast to work from the Ramsey, NJ office.
