The companies have agreed on a centralized offering for transactional document composition, Transpromo and workflow automation
 
Objectif Lune, leader in providing open software solutions for variable data printing, mail preparation, document composition and workflow automation and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH today announced they have added PlanetPress Suite to their central European distribution agreement.
 
The companies have had a pan-European agreement in place for the distribution of PrintShop Mail Suite, Objectif Lune's flagship product for the production of 1:1 personalized documents, since late 2009. This offering ignited the inception of strong and fruitful relationships in several regions of Europe where local offices successfully expanded their variable data printing commercial activities with PrintShop Mail Suite.  When Konica Minolta Europe GmbH decided to expand its offering with Transpromo, Objectif Lune's PlanetPress Suite was the selection of choice.
 
Although several offices of Konica Minolta and their local dealers had started to promote PlanetPress as the software of choice for transactional document composition and workflow automation, the companies decided the best course of action was to add it to the pan-European distribution agreement with the intention of centralizing fulfillment, support and services. Thus the company are working towards that goal.
 
Objectif Lune has been providing businesses with innovative solutions to compose, process, deliver, track and store any business document, independent of hardware compatibility and with full automation capability for more than 20 years. The company's solutions are commercialized through a vast reseller network. The company already has an established presence in Europe with several offices and the acceptance of PlanetPress Suite as a key component of their offering by Konica Minolta Europe GmbH strengthens the brand awareness of the product, both in active countries and Emerging Markets.
 
In time, this agreement will allow Konica Minolta Europe GmbH to distribute PlanetPress Suite in Europe and provide centralized support, training and professional services to customers. PlanetPress Capture, Objectif Lune's latest technology for automating business processes at point of signature is also covered by this agreement.
