Baumfolder Corporation, Sidney Ohio announces the retirement of its President/CEO Ulrik T. Nygaard effective March 31, 2013. Mr. Nygaard (62) joined Baumfolder from another Heidelberg affiliate as President/CEO in 2002. "After 10 enjoyable years with Baumfolder and 40 years in the graphic arts industry spanning 3 continents,  I look forward to spending more time with my wife, children and grandchildren."  says Mr. Nygaard,  who also plans to stay connected to the industry after his retirement.

Baumfolder further announces that Ms. Janice Benanzer, currently CFO/VP ADM at the company, will take over as President/CEO from Mr. Nygaard effective April 1st, 2013. Ms Benanzer, a native of Sidney Ohio, joined the company in 1979 and has served in various leadership capacities within the company. Prior to becoming CFO in 2007, Ms. Benanzer was VP of Administration/HR at Baumfolder. Ms. Benanzer, who holds a degree in business administration, is well known to the Company's many Baum dealers and customers in the States and around the world.
