Press release from the issuing company
Color-Logic metallic printing technology will be on display on stand B6, the Mirri stand, at the Packaging Innovations exhibition at the Business Design Center in London, England, October 4 and 5. Color-Logic, developer of the Process Metallic Color System, will be featured on packages and other material printed using offset lithography, digital printing, and UV inkjet. The Mirri demonstration will show how the Color-Logic process can be used across various media-corrugated folding cartons, labels, and signage-to create a unified brand concept in print. The Color-Logic Design Suite software-used to create the print files and ensure uniformity in various media-also will be demonstrated. The Color-Logic software enables graphic designers to add decorative effects to their packaging products with a single mouse click.
Commenting on the exhibition, Color-Logic Director of Sales and Marketing Mark Geeves said: "Every day, more brands utilize Color-Logic software, not only for production, but when prototyping their package designs. The Color-Logic FX-Viewer, which will be shown live on the Mirri stand at Packaging Innovations, permits metallic designs to be viewed on the design monitor before printing, significantly reducing the number of package proofs before printing."
