In February 2011 Eclipse Colour acquired a 10% stake in 4DM which was the start of a 5 year strategy to create one of the UK's largest, independent marketing services providers.

Since then both businesses have been working very hard to develop a combined approach, to offer their clients a class leading marketing solutions portfolio of products and services.

It has been an incredibly successful 18 months, with new client wins, new investment and new innovation, certainly an exciting time for both businesses, the staff and their clients.

Because of the success and evident opportunities, the original agreement has been accelerated whereby Eclipse Colour has now acquired the remaining 90% of the 4DM Group. This significant step is a fantastic development and one that will ensure that the combined business can fast track to the next chapter of growth.

4DM Chairman & CEO, Charles Grant-Salmon and Technical Director, Les Ritchie, will be leaving the business with Eclipse Colour MD, Simon Moore, taking overall control.
