Finishing equipment manufacturers Muller Martini and Sitma USA have signed a business cooperation agreement whereby their customers will benefit from a wide range of systems for inserting and single copy film wrapping for the commercial printing and newspaper markets.

Sitma’s machines, capable of commercial inserting and onserting, boast highly innovative film and paper wrapping technology that serves as a benchmark for high-speed applications. The machines’ design allows for products of variable sizes to be processed simultaneously, making them ideal systems for co-mail, wrapping and personalization.

In addition to being eco-friendly, film wrapping provides a high level of protection in transport and ensures that printed products, along with inserts, coupons and dimensional promotions, reach addressees in excellent quality. Muller Martini will market the machines, capable of both inline and offline applications, with Sitma USA handling all installation, maintenance, parts, and technical support.
