Press release from the issuing company

Pitney Bowes Inc. announced today that it will partner with Solimar Systems, Inc. to offer the Volly secure digital delivery service to Solimar’s SOLsearcher Enterprise (SSE) customers.

The collaboration will provide SSE customers with access to the Volly secure digital delivery service to present bills, statements, and other critical documents to consumers. This offers Solimar’s customers the opportunity to lower their operating costs while increasing engagement with consumers.

Volly is expected to launch to consumers by the end of 2012.

“We continue to see more and more mailers and enterprise service companies embrace the potential of the digital mailbox,” said Volly President Chuck Cordray. “Aggregating thousands of mailers on a single, easy-to-use, and highly secure mobile platform really is the next wave in digital bill presentment and payment. We are pleased to partner with Solimar to bring these advantages directly to their business customers.”

“Many of our SSE clients are signing up with Volly in anticipation of the product launch,” said Solimar VP and CMO Mary Ann Rowan, “Volly’s federated storage model will allow requested documents to be securely served up and tracked from the SSE archive enabling our clients to maintain their Service Level Agreements. This is critical for our clients that manage sensitive information as they need to ensure secure access to consumer data and documents.”

Digital delivery offers mailers reduced costs and the opportunity to create unique, branded experiences for the consumer. Volly is a free service that instantly organizes all bills, statements and important household documents in one place. It makes paying bills easy. All documents are stored securely, and instantly retrievable on a computer or any web-enabled device on demand.
