SGIA is once again accepting entries for the notable Product of the Year Competition, which recognizes the latest equipment and supplies currently on the market that are advancing the specialty imaging industry. 

Only SGIA member Expo exhibitors can enter their outstanding products that benefited the industry in 2012. Each product will be judged based on its perceived value to the specialty imaging community by a select group of experts. Products submitted must be currently available in the market for 2012, and all entries must be received by October 5, 2012.

Judging for all categories will be held Wednesday, October 17 during the 2012 SGIA Expo in Las Vegas. Judges will choose products and award the most innovative products for the imaging community for the year 2012. The Product of the Year Award will be presented in each of four categories:

1. Media for digital inkjet (seven sub-categories)
2. Inks
3. Finishing (three sub-categories)
4. Output Device Test Print Shoot Out
