3 different wide format printers with unique qualities will be showcased by SUN Innovations at the 20th Shanghai International Ad & Sign Technology & Equipment Exhibition. They are all based on the UV-LED technology, can print on a big number of materials and also print raised images.

For SUN’s NEO UV-LED Turbospeed it will be an Asian Premiere. This new printer can help its owner to make the range of provided services much wider. Printing fast on the roll materials, up to 100 sq m per hour, it can also handle with the high quality images, print even on the finished products with the height up to 200 mm.

SUN will bring to the exhibition NEO UV-LED Evolution, the most popular model of its wide format printers. It is well known for the ability of printing on almost everything. Hard or roll materials, even non heat resistant substrates. And even on water!

NEO UV-LED Flatbed will also be presented in Shanghai. This printer was created especially for printing on hard and heavy materials. It can perfectly print beautiful multicolored images on the surface of glass, metal, plastic etc.

Today we can offer even more. Now printing is not only resistant, energy efficient, eco-friendly and applied to any material but also fast, raised and applied to finished goods. We believe these proposals are very good for the outdoor and indoor advertising”.

Raised images up to 6 mm height are a reality for all SUN’s printers which will be demonstrated in Shanghai. It can be used not only for decorating purposes, although this application is the most common, but also for making Braille signs for blind people, for instance.

Besides the equipment on the SUN Innovations booth will be presented UV-curable inks and other innovative coatings. They are all provided on the SUN’s plant in Russia in cooperation with Siberian scientists. For example, it is UV-LED curable inks with the antibacterial effect.
