Komori America Corporation, a premier manufacturer of sheetfed and web offset printing presses, today announced that The Print House, a full-service commercial printer located in Malden, MA and servicing the greater Boston area recently installed its third Komori press. The company chose the five-color Lithrone SX 29 (LSX529) to accommodate the increased demand for high quality, unique color applications that can get to market quickly. The Print House serves a variety of industries and institutions that include healthcare, education and museums. In the short time since its installation, The Print House has seen enhanced productivity and improved profitability because of the machine’s ability to handle a larger sheet, 24 inches by 29 inches, while providing impressively fast job cycle times—producing over 16,000 sheets per hour on a wide range of substrates.
