imPRESSions Worldwide has been selected to provide a 12 tower, 4 folder, single wide press with 546 mm (21.5 inch) cutoff.  The press will be installed and operational by October 2012 in the southeastern United States.  imPRESSions is rebuilding the towers and folders from the frames up, providing the owner with a cost effective solution to meet their vision of increasing color and page capacity.  The press carries an extended warranty. Included in this order will be a complete Perretta automation suite for ink and motorized auto register, US Automation ink levelers and web detector system, enhanced decking with 3^rd level catwalks, new IW drive systems, new IW control consoles, 12 splicers at right angle with console control of sidelay, upgraded folders, and provision for future UV. 

The press will replace a 22.75 inch cutoff Urbanite with limited color capacity.  The new press will have a shorter cut-off; provide color on all pages, enhanced quality, lower waste and faster speed with a more flexible production window.  The press will be set up to run anything from a 32 page broadsheet (64 page tab) down to a 4 page tab.  All towers are selectable to multiple folders.  Two folders will have ribbon decks to support the commercial print business while the other two have upper formers for newspapers.
