Lara has managed transformation projects including plant start-up; ISO, OSHAS, CI, and Quality & Safety audits and certifications, plant restructuring and plant closures.

Janet Steiner is the President and CEO of Thoro Packaging, a manufacturer of folding cartons for products of high value in the medical/pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Thoro is known for its innovative and award-winning cartons.
