The Best Workplace in the Americas Program
Studies have shown that satisfied employees are productive employees. The Best Workplace in the Americas program is designed to recognize companies that provide a superior work environment by showing employees that they are valued. It is the only program that recognizes graphic communications companies for their committed human relations practices. Companies of all sizes can enter the competition and reap the benefits:
Past winners of the Best Workplace in the Americas competition, like Irv Robinson, President, Robbie, speak of how their success has empowered their staff and their company. “Winning Printing Industries of America’s Best Workplace in the Americas is a great recruiting tool for Robbie. Recruits often mention it as an influencer. It is helpful to our team members’ pride for their company. We promote it, so our customers get to see in another way who Robbie is at its most important level—how we treat and support our people.”
