Survey Advantage released their Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ending March 31st, 2012. Top performing achieved over 86% loyalty, average performers 74% to 85%, and poor performers under 74%. The industry average was 82% with no change from Q4, 2011. Q1, 2012 results are based on 12,066 print buyer reviews focused on recent jobs shipped. Congratulations to Pro-Type Printing of Plaxton, Illinois for achieving the best overall loyalty rating with 97% of their customers stating they are “Very Likely” to recommend them to colleagues and friends. Pro-Type achieved above average industry scores through 2010 and 2011, and in Q1, 2012 achieved top honors when compared with hundreds of printers.
